Jane’s passion for showing love through baking started when she was growing up in Long Island, NY. She watched her grandmothers and her mother in the kitchen and ate up (literally!) the chance to learn from them. Before long, she was trying the recipes herself.

Fast forward to today…

As the heart and soul of Four Daughters Bakery, Jane combines the family focus that drew her to baking originally with the scientific know-how she’s gleaned in her long career as a nurse—plus her own creative flair. Known among friends and loved ones as the go-to person to bring delicious desserts to any occasion, Jane has been giving back to her community in the form of yummy pastries and desserts for many years.

Today, she’s thrilled to share her passion and talent with you and your friends and loved ones.

The vision for Four Daughters Bakery is further inspired by Jane’s four daughters, who grew up the lucky beneficiaries of her near-constant baking. Like her, the four daughters believe in the power of spreading love and kindness through the perfect sweet treat. It’s our family’s legacy, and you’re invited to pull up a seat and join the fun.
